Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Labor and Delivery position requiring at least 2 years of recent specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Labor-Delivery-Recovery unit of a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies 7p-7:30a
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• NBSTA or NCCT certification preferred

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
• RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer and cannot be requested afterward
