Step Down/PCU unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00-07:00
Floats to Intermediate and MedSurg units, with travelers floating first as needed

Requirements

Active RN license (VA or Compact) required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 1 year experience in the specialty unit, with 2-3 years overall experience preferred
Candidates with pending certifications will be considered

Additional Information

Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Biweekly orientation held on Mondays
Nicotine-free campus
Scrubs may be any color with a professional appearance; child-friendly print tops and scrub/lab coats are permitted
