American Traveler is hiring a Behavioral Health RN for a 13-week assignment requiring 2+ years of recent psych/BH experience and flexibility to float across adolescent, adult, and geriatric units.

Details

• Behavioral health facility with Adolescent, Adult, and 55+ Geriatric units
• Must be open to floating to any unit as needed
• Adult patient population with low acuity
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• 12-hour day shifts, 7am-7:30pm
• Must work 36 hours per week including every other weekend
• Uses Wellsky EHR for documentation and Omnicell for medication management

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent behavioral health/psychiatric nursing experience
• CPI or Handle with Care de-escalation experience preferred

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Newly opened 120-bed facility currently onboarding unit by unit
• Local candidates accepted within a 30-mile radius for local rates; travel rates apply beyond that radius
