American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care position requiring an active HI RN license and flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Details

• Long Term Care facility located on-site of a hospital
• 13-week assignment
• 8-hour shifts on a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Candidate must be flexible with no guarantee of specific hours or shift preference

Requirements

• Active HI RN license required by start of assignment; candidates may apply upon acceptance of offer if not currently licensed
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Notifies MD/NP of pertinent patient information
• Performs admitting and discharging duties along with ADL assistance
• Provides Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, and Tracheostomy care
• Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to start of assignment for a scheduled appointment
• Travelers should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to report to Employee Health that Friday morning
