American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a California RN license, ACLS certification, and EPIC EMR experience.

• Cath Lab unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call coverage required from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted CA RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Cath Lab experience required, within the last 3 months
• BSN preferred
• Prior acute care facility experience preferred
• EPIC and Cerner experience must be documented in employment history
• No prior adverse licensure actions permitted

• Delivers coordinated nursing care based on established standards and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care
• Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning
• Delegates tasks appropriately among healthcare team members
• Located in Tulare, California, near Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks
• Required vaccinations per facility policy, with medical or religious exemptions considered
• Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate as traveling candidates
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
