Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 3+ years of ED experience with travel background or 5+ years in a large ED.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with night shift hours (19:00-07:30)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Uses Epic EMR
• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA)
• TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
• NIH Certification required (Group A updated yearly, Groups B-F updated every 2 years)
• Minimum 3 years of ED experience with prior travel assignment experience, or 5+ years of experience in a large ED without travel experience
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must provide full SSN and DOB, driver's license copy, 2 separate references, skills checklist, and certification/license verification documents

Additional Information

• Deliver emergency care to a wide range of patient acuities within a large ED
• MOAB or CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) training recommended
• Radius rule applies allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
