Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med-Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week assignment requiring a minimum of 1 year of Med Surg or Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Work on a Medicine unit caring for patients at the Med-Surg level of care
• Patient population includes Medicine and Med/Tele status patients
• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift: 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm
• Night shift: 12-hour shifts from 7pm-7am
• Holiday and weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact license required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 1 year Med Surg or Telemetry experience required
• BSN or other Magnet-recognized professional certification preferred
• 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to Medicine and Med/Tele status patients meeting Med-Surg level of care
