Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active IA or compact license and at least one year of ED experience.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department (Mercy Main Emergency) of a hospital setting
• 26-week contract assignment
• Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00
• Requires working every other weekend and every other holiday (EOWEOH)

Requirements

• Active RN license, IA or compact, required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required for ED RNs
• Current PALS certification required for ED RNs (ENPC certification also accepted)
• TNCC certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• License verification through Nursys dated within 30 days of start required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a high-acuity Emergency Department environment
• COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration
• Local candidates accepted for RNs in the following states: CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, PA
