American Traveler is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in Ohio, focusing on evaluation and treatment of both short-term and long-term residents.

Details

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Treats both short-term and long-term patient populations
• Focus areas include ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, and upper extremity function
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week with flexible scheduling

Requirements

• Active Ohio OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Current OT licensure must be in active status

Additional Information

• Evaluate and treat residents, developing individualized treatment plans based on physician orders to improve independence and quality of life
• Complete timely documentation and treatments with the supervision and assistance of COTAs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe discharge planning and maximize each resident's functional potential
