American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for an outpatient hand and neuro rehab setting, requiring a valid MA OT license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Details

• Outpatient occupational therapy setting specializing in hand and neuro rehabilitation
• Variable weekly schedule: Mon/Wed 9:00am–5:30pm, Tue/Fri 8:00am–4:30pm, Thu 8:30am–5:00pm
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Valid MA OT license required; conditional licenses not accepted (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required; Red Cross not accepted for this location
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required; MS or Doctorate preferred
• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Provide individualized patient care focused on optimizing physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional well-being
• Reports to the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services under clinical supervision of Level II Therapists
• Time keeping managed through UKG/Kronos
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but subject to a reduced pay rate
