American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week outpatient contract at a Level II Trauma Center requiring Epic proficiency.

Details

• Outpatient Pediatric OT setting at a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across both campuses
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00), no weekends required
• No floating within the unit required, though travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
• Charting performed in Epic (experience required)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
• Current BLS and NBCOT certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Active professional license required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Any requested time off (RTO) should be disclosed upfront; minimal RTO is strongly preferred
• Scrubs may be any color, with the exception of reddish-orange
• Facility-paid parking is available
• Candidates who have previously worked at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) must disclose the location(s) and dates of employment
