American Traveler is seeking a full-time RN for a Home Health position in Vermont, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active VT or compact RN license.

• Home health setting serving individuals of all backgrounds across central Vermont
• Services include home health, hospice, health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health
• Tuesday through Saturday day shift schedule
• 16-week contract

Requirements

• Active VT or compact RN license required
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care following the nursing process in accordance with physician orders
• May serve as Case Manager when acting as the lead discipline on a case
• This is a rapid response/crisis position, indicating an urgent need for placement
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
