Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a critical care ICU position requiring a MI RN license, ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, working night shifts on a 13-week contract.

Details

• Hospital-based critical care setting with three specialized units: Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiac ICU
• Nurses may be assigned to one of the three critical care areas or floated to the ICU stepdown unit based on census and need
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Every 3rd weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Charting system: Cerner PowerChart

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: TNCC and CRRT
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained
