American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of acute care experience for an outpatient position at a nursing and rehabilitation center in Sarasota, FL.

Details

• Outpatient occupational therapy position at a nursing and rehabilitation center
• 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active state OT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in an acute care setting, with at least 2 years in a specialized unit within the last 2 years
• Current EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 completed travel assignments in the past 12 months in a full-time acute care setting
• Two professional references required from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, from a leadership role such as a nurse manager or director — one reference must be a nurse manager or director, the other may be a charge nurse
• 7-year employment history required, with explanations for any gaps exceeding 30 days
• Current skills checklist required (valid within the last year)

Additional Information

• Candidates whose primary residence is within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this travel assignment
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
