Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license required (must be willing to obtain prior to start if not currently active)
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and TNCC (must be willing to obtain prior to start if not currently active)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years required
• A completed skills checklist (within the past year) is required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications must be provided for consideration
