American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele Resource Pool position requiring an IA or compact RN license and willingness to float across multiple med-surg units.

Details

• Hospital-based Resource Pool position requiring floating to multiple med-surg units including Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele
• Must be willing to float to the West Lakes Campus, located 9.5 miles from the downtown campus
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• 26-week assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• NIHSS certification may be required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care across a variety of med-surg specialty units as part of a resource pool team
• Local candidates accepted at local rates in specific states including CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA
