Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience and the ability to handle heavy call requirements for a 13-week travel contract.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) setting
• Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Heavy call requirements; call radius is within 30 minutes of the facility
• On-call team consists of 2 CVOR Certified Surgical Technicians, a First Assistant (FA), and 2 CVOR RNs daily, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• WI or Compact RN license currently in hand
• CVOR certification required
• Minimum 5 years of surgical technician experience required
• Experience in CVOR, general OR, and trauma required
• Prior travel assignment experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial profile submission
• Holiday on-call coverage is required as part of the standard call rotation
