American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a multi-unit rotating position covering Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, Pediatrics, and NICU, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience and an active WY or compact RN license.

• Multi-unit coverage includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, Pediatrics, and NICU
• Rotating shift schedule
• 8-week contract

Requirements

• Active WY or compact RN license in good standing required
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Special Care Nursery and NICU experience required
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
• L&D nurses must complete an Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring course within the first year post-orientation, and an Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring course within 3 years of completing L&D orientation
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care across multiple units
• Role includes patient education, transcription and implementation of physician orders, and coordination of the healthcare team
• Position is classified as Rapid Response / Crisis level urgency
