American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring craniotomy and burr hole experience, working nights with no call responsibilities.

Details

• Operating Room setting within a hospital environment
• Specialties include Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma cases
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday through Sunday schedule
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or a compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required
• OR experience across Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma required
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
• Candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive drug screen prior to arrival, including CBD products
• 13-week contract
