American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Behavioral Health (Psychiatric) position requiring at least 2 years of psych experience and a KS or compact RN license, working night shifts in a hospital setting.

Details

• Behavioral Health (Psychiatric) unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Psych patient population; geriatric psych experience preferred
• Charting performed in Meditech

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required (no pending licenses)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience required; geriatric psych experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience required — no exceptions

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this position
• Epic charting experience is preferred; training will be provided during orientation
• Local candidates are accepted on a case-by-case basis; candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a different pay rate
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration
