American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in the Treasure Valley Region, requiring prior home health experience and OASIS proficiency.

Details

• Post-acute home health care setting in the Treasure Valley Region
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with 8-hour shifts
• Weekend on-call rotation shared among staff
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active Idaho (ID) or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior home health experience required
• Strong proficiency in OASIS required
• Ability to determine Medicare homebound criteria and identify the primary skill for each visit (hands-on, direct, observe/assess, education, or M&E)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• BSN not required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

• Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
