Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with vascular experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a community hospital running 14 ORs with a high-volume mixed case load.

Details

• Work in a non-trauma designated community hospital OR setting with 14 operating rooms
• Average case volume of 35–40 cases per day
• Mix of outpatient and inpatient surgical cases
• Primary specialties include General, GYN, Plastics, Orthopedics, and Bariatrics
• Patient population spans pediatric, adult, and geriatric ages
• Day shift: 07:00–19:30
• On-call requirement: 4 calls per 6-week schedule (2 weekdays and 2 independent weekend days/nights per 6 weeks)

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in an acute care setting
• Vascular OR experience is required
• Preferred specialty experience in Ortho, Vascular, Robotics, and Plastics
• Scrub experience is a plus but not required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Full SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
