American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Hawaii, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ER experience and an active HI RN license by start of assignment.

Details

• Work in a fast-paced, 28-bed Emergency Department including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Day shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly)
• High patient turnover in a team-oriented environment
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of Hawaii required by start of assignment (must apply upon offer acceptance if not already in hand)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Preferred certifications: Procedural Sedation, TMCC, and EMPC

Additional Information

• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of assignment; this appointment is held at Hilo Employee Health and attendance is required
• Travelers should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start date in order to report to Employee Health on Friday morning
