Description

American Traveler seeks an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Kent County, MD, serving students from birth to age 21 with an active MD SLP license in hand required.

Details

• School-based setting serving students from birth to age 21
• Caseload of approximately 30 students
• Position may span multiple school sites, though travel between sites will not occur on the same day — potential locations include Galina, Wharton-Chester, and/or Rock Hall
• Facility will consider candidate location preferences when possible
• Full-time (5x7.5-hour shifts) and part-time schedules are available
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• 26-week contract with potential extension into Extended School Year (ESY)

Requirements

• Active Maryland (MD) SLP license — license must be in hand at time of consideration
• License required if applicable
• Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations (birth to age 21)

Additional Information

• This is an in-person role, replacing a previously virtual SLP
• Position is located in a charming waterfront town on the Chesapeake Bay
