American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Milwaukee, WI, requiring OASIS and HCHB experience with a flexible field territory up to 60 miles.

Details

• Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
• Schedule options are Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday
• Shifts are approximately 12 hours, running 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Daily caseload consists of 2 Start of Cares (SOCs) plus approximately 2 additional visits per day
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week must be met
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
• No on-call responsibilities
• No holiday coverage required
• EMR: HCHB (experience required)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Additional Information

• All charting must be completed by 9:00 AM the following morning
• Timely communication with the team is expected
• Flexibility with assigned territory is required
• An iPad is provided for use in the field; personal cell phone is not required
• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Scrubs in any color are required; jeans are not permitted
• Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel pay rate
• All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
