American Traveler is seeking a RN Case Manager for an acute hospital setting, requiring discharge planning and utilization management experience with a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management unit
• Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8)
• No weekend shifts required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience required
• Acute hospital experience required
• Discharge planning and utilization management experience required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
