Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week travel contract in Hawaii, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ER experience and an active HI RN license by start date.

Details

• Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover
• Day shift schedule working three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license for the State of Hawaii required by start of assignment (may apply upon acceptance of offer)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Preferred certifications: Procedural Sedation, TMCC, and EMPC

Additional Information

• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to their start date — this appointment is held at the facility's Employee Health office and attendance is mandatory
• Plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start date in order to attend the Employee Health appointment Friday morning
