American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Dept position at a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, MI, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active MI RN license.

Details

• Emergency Room (ER) department at a 225-bed specialty care hospital
• Hospital offers a broad range of specialty services including Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
• Current BLS certification required (RQI certifications are not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, preferably in an emergency department setting
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Candidate's permanent address must be 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate

Additional Information

• Hospital is located in Marquette, the largest community in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and home to Northern Michigan University
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
• Orientation is held bi-weekly
• Every other weekend shifts are required
