Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical/Surgical unit position requiring over one year of experience and an active KY or compact RN license.

Details

• 13-week contract working night shifts (7p–7a, 3x12)
• Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
• Block scheduling is available
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required on a PRN basis
• On-call may be assigned once per pay period (every two weeks)

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued cards only)
• Over 1 year of RN experience required
• Flu vaccination required — no exemptions
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility
• DOB, SSN, and 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travel experience preferred
• On-site drug screen will be conducted on the first day of the assignment
• Candidates living within 65 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
