Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU/CCU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, block scheduling with nights, and an Alabama or Compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Position is in a hospital ICU/CCU setting
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Patient ratio is 1:2
• Schedule is block scheduling on nights, 3x12 or 4x12 hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), based on traveler preference
• Every other weekend (EOW) required

Requirements

• Active Alabama RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU RN experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who have worked at this facility as a permanent employee within the last 10 years are not eligible
