American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a GI/Endoscopy position in Spartanburg, SC, requiring at least 1 year of experience and the ability to take call and float between two campus locations.

Details

• Works in an Endoscopy unit, rotating between two hospital campuses within the same health system
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8)
• On-call and late-stay shifts required as needed
• Weekend availability required as needed
• Block scheduling is not available
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active SC RN license or compact RN license required; pending SC license accepted but must be obtained prior to start
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of endoscopy RN experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Orientation includes pass/fail testing on Day 1: Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test — candidates have one attempt to pass each
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests made after the initial submission will not be considered
• The facility enforces an attendance policy: missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
