Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Psychiatric/Behavioral Health RN for a day shift position requiring at least 18 months of recent acute care behavioral health experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Behavioral Health unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Responsibilities include milieu management, medication management, patient assessments, and documentation
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Minimum 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care (non-psychiatric) setting
• Minimum 18 months of permanent employment experience in a short-term acute care hospital (non-psychiatric) prior to travel
• One recent professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in behavioral health required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers are limited to 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic location, after which a minimum 6-month gap is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic facility
