American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in the Cleveland, OH area, requiring a minimum of 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

• Hospital ICU setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or active compact state RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (no pending certifications accepted)
• Minimum 18 months of permanent, recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty is required for consideration — non-supervisory references will not be accepted
• A copy of your Driver's License and Social Security Card are required for consideration
• No open background case hits or license hits will be accepted

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required, with a maximum of two attempts allowed
• Candidates must complete badging and onsite fingerprinting at the facility prior to their start date, which can be done as soon as all required pre-start modules are finished
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
• Pre-start modules are required and average 6–15 hours depending on specialty
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year following their previous end date
• Candidates may not be submitted to more than one position within this health system at the same time
• All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Nurses are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement (exemption is temporary and honored until further notice)
