Home health setting with a geriatric patient population
Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from office hub
Average caseload is 5-7 patients per day
Requires experience with HCHB EMR system
No on-call required
Locals accepted at travel rate

Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
Current BLS certification
Experience with HCHB EMR required

Additional Information

Timely communication and documentation are required
Dress code requires scrubs in any color, no jeans
iPad provided for documentation; cell phone use is not permitted
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
