Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience and proficiency in OASIS and HCHB EMR.

Details

• Home health setting covering a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the hub
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 17:00
• Average caseload of 5-7 geriatric patients per day
• Required on-call coverage every 3rd to 4th weekend
• EMR system: HCHB experience required
• OASIS documentation experience required
• iPad provided for documentation and communication
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent occupational therapy experience in home health
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation
• Experience using HCHB EMR system
• Flexibility with travel and coverage within assigned territory

• Role involves serving a primarily geriatric population
• Timely documentation and communication are essential
• Dress code is scrubs of any color; jeans are not permitted
