American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an acute care hospital inpatient setting, requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and prior travel experience.

Details

• Work in an acute care hospital inpatient therapy unit
• Day shift position, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 to 17:30
• Weekend rotation required for specific dates in November and December
• Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Charting is done in Meditech; prior experience preferred

Requirements

• Current IN or Compact Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant acute care experience
• Previous travel experience is required
• Professional reference from a direct supervisor within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Meditech charting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Past permanent employees will not be accepted as travelers
• All travel pairs must be willing to work flexible schedules
• Reference from a charge supervisor is acceptable
• Holiday time off (12/25 and 12/26) is provided
• Upon signing, candidates must complete lab work for compliance within 24 hours
