Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Experience in the relevant therapy setting is required
• Ability to obtain a permanent license if starting with a compact license

Additional Information

• Some documentation must be completed directly with the therapy provider before assignment begins
• Candidates with employment at the facility within the last year are not eligible
• Previous travelers or perm/PRN employees over a year ago may need to confirm rehire eligibility
